Very rude people. Absolutely no ventilation in the establishment. My wife was not happy with the pedicure. I was nauseous from the fumes. Would give no stars if they let me.

First and last!! Paid for coffin not what I got. The shape overall was terrible, very uneven. The polish was also messy. They also wanted to charge for having two colors. Pedicure had to be the worst. Didn't clean/cut cuticles well, didn't cut my nails either. Scrubbed my heals for about 30 seconds. Very poor job. When time to pay I question the $5 coffin fee and she fought the issue trying to convince me that the shape I had was coffin. Not good business.

I have been going to them for over a year. I wasn’t conpletely satisfied with the service, but the location was optimal and they carried the product I like to use on my nails. My last encounter ended my business with them all together. First of all, the shop is small and the staff is NOT friendly. They barely greet you when you come into the shop. There’s usually the two owners a man and a woman, but now there is a third person. Secondly, they’re not dependable to even open the shop on time which is listed at 9:30am. There was several times that I’ve come straight from work to be the first person there so I don’t have to wait and they open close to 10am. Not only do they not abide my their own business hours but they barely honor appointments that their customers make with them. The lady at the first station usually did my nails and she is often distracted and moving quickly. As a result, the nails would be uneven or different lengths or she missing polishing the sides of the nails. Last week when I got my nails done she proceeded to actually yell at me because I agreed to a second coat of nail polish that SHE OFFERED TO ME - telling me to do my nails at home since I’m telling her how to do her job. I did not raise my voice to her once and she proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers. I pay my hard earned money to get my nails done. I will not leave unhappy with my nails no matter what business I patronize - BUT I am never condescending or rude about it and I always say please and thank you. For her to tell me that I am always a problem when we never had any conflict or argument just because I don’t accept whatever she chooses to do to my nails is absurd. As a whole, they need to work on their customer service skills and show more respect to customers that support their business. I have recommended their shop in the past, but that is done as well as them getting my business. They are not worth giving your money to.

I called in advance and asked if i could c me in 10 min, as I had limited time while my kid was taking a nap. They assured that i could come i. 10 min. I arrived and paid the parking meter, let them know that I called and they nodded for me to sit. After 10min they were it close to done with 3 people in line. I asked if i made a mistake and came to the wrong place and at that time they decided to tell me they wouldn’t be able to take me right away and if have to wait an hour
