I always come here to get my nails done. Their prices are always consistent and reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I've been coming here for over 2 years and I've never had any problems with service, price or quality.

Got a pedicure here and it was...pretty good I think. The majority of the time, my feet felt great, but every now and then it felt like the lady was scraping my toe or digging something into it and it hurt quite a bit. The nail polish turned out fine. And it dried really fast. I didn't exactly feel welcome there, though. And I felt like I was being rushed out. The lady working on my feet also spoke in a different language with the other workers there and at times I felt like they were talking about us (my family was there with me), but that could just be my paranoia.

I will give 2 stars Only because the manager corrected the problem. The woman who did my nails was so rude! From pushing my pinky finger down over and over again to jerking my arm, telling me not to wipe the dust off of my fingers and then arguing with me over the shape of my nail. We were done she was on the last nail and she couldn't shape it correctly ( coffin shape) she argued with me instead of Simply adding more acrylic and shaping it which would have took in her maybe two minutes, instead lost me as a customer

I’ve been to both this location and the one in Federal Way. Both have had amazing service and done a wonderful job on my acrylics. I’ve been to a few highly rated places in the area as well, and my nails would end up being uneven, very high and unnatural looking, or not matching the width on my nail. Other places my gel would chip within a week (I type on a keyboard so they aren’t getting too much of a beating). I’m a tad OCD with my nails. I have none of these issues from Nail Gallery.

you have to pay more for longer nails. i said i didn't want to, she cut them so short that there is no point in even having acrylics on right now. and i paid $26 dollars for them. i don't like them at all. also the lady doing my sisters nails was very rude bc she didn't tip. maybe bc we didn't expect to pay so much for acrylics.
