Great customer service.. friendly… clean… and well staffed. The pedicures are amazing. They pay close attention to detail and make sure you leave out feeling confident and at your best.I’ll be back soon for sure.

Walked in to get my nails done and the woman told me they would have time to do a fill and a pedicure she did not give me any direction on what to do next and so I just stood there and then she said another gentleman would help me. he was too busy playing on his phone. I asked if he would be able to help me because he continue to play on his phone and he told me I needed to sit down and put a mask on. I asked him why I had to wear a mask if he was not wearing one or any of the other employees and he said because it made his ears hurt. I told him I would go elsewhere and he told me good luck with that. Absolutely unprofessional and I am not surprised at all after reading the reviews now

Suzi is a psycho. She came in with a bad attitude from the start. She kept hurting me during the manicure burning my fingers. When I asked her be gentle, her attitude went from bad to ugly. DO NOT GO TO SUZY!

The nail tech attempted to use already used nail utensils or my pedicure ! Rushed through the pedicure. Asked what scent I wanted to use for the pedicure service not disclosing it was an additional 15.00! The pedicure was HORRIBLE’! Not sure if the tech was licensed or just did not know how to pedicure nails !! PLEASE make sure the tech is seasoned and ask the price if offering services ! I asked to correct the issues w the pedicure and the manager offered to add oil ! Seriously! The total was 65.00 for the worse manicure I’ve ever had!
