We love this place! They take excellent care of my MIL and grandmother and my daughters, too. When we go in for mani/pedis, they are able to care for each of us in a relatively timely manner and they time things so I am dry to help Grandma with her shoes when we are finished. Very pleased with Best Nails!

I'll never go back. Top nail guy doesn't even shape nails well! My nails look like the stick on ones you can apply yourself. My pedicure was decent at best.

I have never been treated better at a nail salon! The staff are friendly, attentive, efficient, and quick. Their sanitary practices are better than any other nail salon I've been to. Only $42 for a mani-pedi, and with warm wax, hot stones, and massages, to boot! I will definitely be back.

They really put a lot of effort into buffing my feet, and I like that.

I asked for a fill. She asked if I wanted shellac, I declined, so she said to pick a color. The man started on my nails & asked if I wanted them cut back. I said yes. Nails grow& therefore part of the process has always been to cut them back to where they were when getting a fill last time. He then said they are lifting, who did your nails? I said You did. He then told me that my set is old....what?! How can they be old? He redid a full set 5 weeks ago when he told me they are old &needed replacement. None were broke. A fill is $18 according to their board. He decided to charge me $23. I asked why. He said to cut back& the extra fill because they lifted. I said they lifted because of the way YOU did them 2weeks ago & cutting them back is part of the process since nails grow! He literally said, I don't know how your nail grow but board said cut back is $3. This is a professional who has been doing nails for many years & he doesn't know how nails grow?!! So he charged me an extra $5 to do exactly what he was supposed to do for $18! Then he asked me how much I make per hour! I told him that's none of his business! I was shocked at his carelessness &lack of concern & professionalism & down right scandalous ways! Beware of this place! I will NEVER go back to where this swindler is!
