The best customer service and long lasting quality nails. These people make you feel like your relaxing at home. They treat my 5 year old like a beauty queen too. Thanks unique nails.

Ok, so on a random friday I decide to give it a shot. I Minimalist: gel mani and pedi.. While the lady doing my mani was super friendly and quick (I had existing gels and she was gentle & efficient at keeping the integrity of my nails) the older woman doing my pedi was rude, aggressive and clearly either untrained or unlicensed. I cashed out and was shocked to see just how cheap it is.. I tipped which is interesting as you cannot leave a tip on cc receipts they simply charge more for the service ( unclaimed wages) but ok, I was at least decently impressed.TBH at this point I thought about not returning... I am a big fan of pedicures and really want the time taken to remove cuticles exfoliate and all that jazz. I was not offered a menu there and I guess it was a basic pedi but it was honestly a waste of money and the gel was sloppy and all over my cuticles, which ended up being super painful about three days into the pedi. I should have remembered my first experience, but I guess price and convenience dictated my decision to return again, right before christmas... I decided to get acrylics & pedi. well fast forward to the second lady who decided to push me to another guy, Brandon... I have now been at salon for over 2 hours and my nails aren't even half done. I will say that Brandon was awesome. He did exactly what I showed him and was quick enough to make up for the first two. Scheduled today early Friday morning apt 9 am. I explained that I need my apt to be done simultaneously because of work meetings later that morning... ok awesome! So here we are at friday morning apt. I show up at 9 and that original pedi woman and one other are there . no sign of Brandon. I let them know I had an apt and was willing to start pedi (in an effort to save time ) but I ended up sitting in a pedi chair for 45 minutes with no service... until Brandon and another male (I have not seen there yet) arrived. Once again I am not handed a menu for pedi, I am asked to put my feet in ICE COLD water, I even ask three separate times to warm it. not to mention I am seated next to the door (that is open) freezing. The pedicure was a joke, He didnt removed gel correctly, he "scrubbed" my feet with a pumice before they'd even been sitting for more than 30 seconds and I was not massaged. I was then moved to a mani table to finish nails and pedi. Besides being uncomfortable, there were four women and a child sitting directly behind me, I had to keep adjusting myself because the pedicurist was so crammed in between us, so uncomfortable. when he was done he didnt say anything he just sprayed alcohol all over my feet (no lotion no oil) and left my pants rolled up and my shoes thrown by the pedi chair. I did ask Brandon if there were different priced pedis, and that if offered I would have been happy to pay more for an actual service. he ignored me. At the end of my nails he told me 81 dollars. I asked how this apt was 11 dollars more than my last for the same thing and he explains two additional charges for longer nails? and a new set (I've never been charged to remove old acrylics if you got a new set...) I hand him my card and he proceeds to tell me that next time someone else needs to do my nails !?!?!?! I asked for clarification and he said next time someone else will do them because he cannot waste 2 hours on me. I was shocked...so unprofessional. the time it takes someone to complete a service is on their skill... not my choice. I dont exactly have 2.5 hours ( I guess his time is more valuable than mine since I waited 45 minutes for him) Overall I'm shocked this business is operating legally, I am licensed and will be calling the board of cosmetology to file a complaint. spend a little more... this place isn't worth the headache..
