Absolutely appalling. My mom comes to this salon for the service I wanted, so I’d figure I would give it a try. Big mistake - can we even call a place a business that pulls a stunt like this???
I called over 2 weeks ago to make a consultation for a hair straightening. They had ZERO availability until 2 weekends out, so I take it. I hear nothing, don’t get a confirmation call, a text, or anything. I call them to confirm my appointment the morning of at 10 AM and they say yes, sorry we didn’t confirm blah blah blah. But you got it see you at 1:45!
An hour before the appointment, they call me: “Faith had a scheduling conflict can we reschedule????”
Seriously???? No, we can’t reschedule. I can go elsewhere because clearly you don’t need my business. Not to mention, when I was making my initial appointment I was on hold for 15-20 minutes.
Don’t bother wasting your time with this one, guys. Way better places out there to go to!

Amazing hair salon with fantastic stylists - they are so talented and stay current on the newest hair trends - and the place is modern, clean, and friendly! Not to mention that I look forward to my hair appointments just so that I can chat with my stylist because she has become a dear friend! All of the people there are truly wonderful.

Faith Bowen is super helpful and sweet! You will not find anyone else in the Bucks County area who can blowout your hair the way Faith can. I dare you! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me good advice on maintaining my existing color and keeping my hair healthy. She talked me through everything she put in my hair and made sure I was happy with the length before I left. I treat myself every now and then to the professional services that Joseph Jeffrey has to offer, but it is Faith who works her magic. I would definitely recommend this salon.
