Listen y’all.. I’m very tolerant of places and I try my best to see the beauty in businesses even when they do me wrong.. but after visiting here, I will never step foot in here again and neither will any of my friends- no one I know. I came here because I was in a nail emergency. Four of my nails popped off at work today... so I needed a fix ASAP. I got there at 6pm, was told I’d have to wait. No problem I get it. When I finally get in a chair an hour later, the tech starts giving me a hard time about my nails missing, even though I called and let them know I needed a few new nails as well as a fill for my existing set. She starts doing my nails, and cut me FOUR TIMES! I told her each time, but she kept going back in with a file and digging deeper into each cut. This lady was holding on to my fingers so hard too, it hurt so so bad. When she finally put the gel on my nails, she had me put both my hands in this tiny LED to rush through the curing. I tried multiple times to talk to her to make it less uncomfortable, but nope nothing. she didn’t wanna talk to me, look at me, nothing. Such a painful and uncomfortable experience. Makes me sad because all the other nail techs seemed so sweet too. Talking to their clients and being cooperative and sweet. At the end of the night- my fingers hurt so bad, the shape of my nails (long stilettos) are wonky and uneven. Let’s just hope I don’t get an infection from these deep cuts on my fingers. First time there, as well as my last time. Beware. Sorry guys.

Shanna is really my girl! My nails were done exactly how I wanted them! This place is super friendly, and has a great atmosphere! Definitely coming back!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited for over an hour which was understandable as I was just a walk in & it was a Friday. However, after finally being helped I sit down and the technician begins to dremmel my nails down, burning every single nail. After doing so she proceeds to ask me what color I wanted & I told her French tip. She goes on to tell me that it is impossible to do French tip nails for the SNS powder dip which is not true considering I’ve gotten it done multiple times in the past. Very frustrating. Environment is beautiful but services and lack of experience ruined this salon for me.

Very long wait. Person at the front did not seem interested in figuring out wait times to advise walk ins.

i LOVE this place!! I really don’t understand all these bad comments!! I’ve been going to Kelley for YEARS, and my acrylics always look top notch!! The prices are amazing and all of the people are so nice! Highly recommend!
