Was really excited to see a nail salon actually open on a Sunday when most people have the time to pamper themselves. Got to the business and they were not open after all. And the people who were inside just looked at us like we were crazy. Hoping to be actually able to try the business open if they are really open next time.

If they had taken their time to tidy up the polish on the sides and base of the nail it would have improved their review. This is not science it's art. Overall experience was ok but attention to detail needs improvement and would not go back. Also communication issues due to language was a pain.

Romeo's gift is nail detail... after going to numerous salons throughout my life trying to find a technician that could keep a full set on me longer than a week...i saw the most AMAZING NAILS and was referred to New La Salon to see Romeo....I will NEVER be GOING ANY WHERE ELSE!!!. thank you Romeo and Julie your the BEST

I hate giving bad reviews but this was the worst manicure and pedicure I ever experienced. Was recommended to me by a friend and boy am I sorry I went. Went in with ragged cuticles and left the same way. Never cleaned under my nails, pushed back my cuticles or trimmed them. Used the roughest emery board to shape my nails and they were ragged and rough when I left. Nail Polish is not smooth. Just terrible.
