Que did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She was very knowledgeable, professional and fun to talk with. My pedicure lasted longer than any other nail salon on the Bear/Glasgow area.

I always go to the owner she's so efficient and helpful. She always makes the best suggests for me and it's honest when she feels something isn't right for me. It's super busy but that's only because they are the most modern nail salon around. Everyone has bad days and we aren't always the best customers

I had a gel nail manicure. My nails looked nice but the heat was way too hot. My nails were severely damaged!! It’s been a couple of months and my nails are still breaking off down to the skin. My daughter had her eyebrows done by someone. Her eyebrows were awful!! It was a rush job and her eyebrows looked like they weren’t even waxed. My daughter asked me not to complain, otherwise I would have asked for a refund...ridiculous!! I gave two stars because otherwise, the staff was pleasant and engaging.

They need to do better in good customer service. If you don't mind being treated like 2nd to all then to each their own. Not going back. Too many bad experiences with customer satisfaction.

I don't know about the other techs but the older lady that did my acrylic Mani did not know what she was doing. And she was not friendly. All I'll say is ask For someone else. One of the younger folks maybe. I was very disappointed cos I was excited to try this place but oh well stuff happens
