Well....I’ve been coming to perfect nails for about 11 years now. After not coming back for a month due to being so busy..today my heart was hit and I was not prepared for this day. The shop has been sold and gone under renovation. If you know Tang and his wife, you know that perfect nails won’t be the same without them. I am struggling right now with this adjustment and just don’t know if I’ll be back here again.

I have been going to this shop for years and loved it. However, I went in today understanding I had a 4:00pm appt with Tang only to be told he was on vacation for a month which I knew could not be true. When I had called on Monday they just said he was out for the day. The truth is that the shop has been sold and it appears they are doing some great renovations but the owner is a LIAR!!! She kept saying "sometime" he would be back rather than stating she bought the shop and he was gone. She only doesn't understand you when she doesn't want to answer a direct question. There is NO social distancing in the shop which is another issue. The 4:00pm appt that I made had no one available to -provide services. Sadly, I am now looking for a new nail salon. I won't do business with people that are dishonest and refuse to tell the truth when multiple opportunities are given.

This past weekend, I went to this convenient location to get my nails done. The place appeared to be clean. The price was reasonable however my nails did not come out as I expected.
I am extremely disappointed that my fake nails had so much visible bubbles in it. At the end of my session, she walked away and another person had to advised me when to take my nails out under the UV nail lamp. Not only that, she did not tell me exactly what to do other than "wash your nails"... I haven't had my nails done in quite awhile so I went ahead and used the nail brushes that were floating in the blue liquid... not sure if that was what I was suppose to do.
After examining my nails a bit more, a couple of my nails were not covered entirely due to having the incorrect size being used for my fingernails.
I will never go back to this place and definitely recommend choosing another experienced nail salon before going here.

Came here a month previous and spent $65. Came back about a week ago, got the exact same thing (even shorter regular shaped nails) and when it was time to pay I was charged $95! I was ripped off big time! I didn’t want to argue, I did let the lady know that it was expensive, but I will not be returning. Shame on you.

The owner of the shop is horrible. I over paid and I asked her to look on the camera to check how much I paid she said the video no longer on there. That was just one day to the other. Plus she is always rude. Last time she took off my nails and yanked my nail off and took a big chunk off my natural nail. I don’t recommend this place. If I could I would give it zero stars.
