I came to this salon to get a pedicure, which was OKAY, and to take off my gel manicure, which I want to write about. The way the guy wanted to do it is not practiced by any other salon, including any salon in the neighborhood. He left acetone on my fingers for quite a long time without checking if my skin is okay with this. If I wouldn't step in, it would have damaged my sensitive skin and leave cracks on it (know it from the past experience). He was super stubborn and showed his attitude at every possible moment. Then he started to rip off the gel with parts of my nails!! I ended up taking off the remaining gel myself and refused to pay for this. The guy didn't seem to mind. It's a shame to be that stubborn and outdated! I hope he will visit any other salon in the neighborhood and see how things are supposed to be done properly!
