I almost always see Kay for my nails (dipping) and Tram for my pedicure. I am always pleased with the excellent service they provide.

I have a complaint. Services and workers were nice, and my acrylics look good. HOWEVER, here's what happened. I came here for prom with some of my friends, and it was time to tip my lady. She is sitting on my left across the table for manicures, and I am prepping my cash for tip. I was going to give her an $8 tip for a $46 dollar regular full acrylic and color change on my toes, but when I was in the middle of counting the cash (that I set on the table on my RIGHT) she reaches over and grabs what's already there. I thought it was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was a definitely surprised, but I thought it was eight singular dollars. It turns out that it was a $20 bill and $7 of ones. Please understand that I don't have a job, and I am in high school. I save up money and work hard in school so I can relax during this time of the year. I look forward to getting ready for prom and treating myself for working this hard. I am angry, and I will be coming back here tomorrow to try to get that $20 back. I don't mind giving a generous tip when I feel like it, but this was totally on her. I should be the one to hand her tip not her taking it.

One of the cleanest nail salons in the area. Prices are reasonable... not too low but not high. They are closed on Sunday ...and one of the few nail salons open on Mondays

Always have a great experience and a beautiful job done in my feet. They don't badger you about extra services and don't have conversations with other techs in Hmong or Vietnamese while working on you. It's a peaceful and relaxing pedicure every time, as it should be.
