I came on a Wednesday got my nails done, then by Friday they were already lifting. Quan (owner) told me to come back in and he'd fix them for me. What a joke- he fixed them then tried to charge me a second time!!
Also, they will charge you different prices for the same service, and say they changed the prices.
I used to love it here, but now they aren't as good and professional as they used to be. Go to American Nail Spa.

I absolutely love this salon! The staff is very friendly, they offer you a complimentary beverage, and they take the time to listen to what you have to say. If you want your nails done a certain way, they will make sure to do it.
Color options are plentiful as well as methods to make your hands beautiful. I get the feeling every technician in there really takes the time to understand and perfect their profession.
My only complaint is that they let their wonderful technician Lindsey move to Charlotte. She was an absolute asset to that company and they need to get her back!

Horrible customer service. Sat for 2 hours while being told there was only a 20 minute wait. Very short staffee
