I have been a faithful customer for awhile now but after my experience today I can promise I will never be back. My nails are lumpy, thick, and I have nail polish everywhere besides my nails. Not to mention the new “receptionist” was beyond rude when I tried expressing how I felt telling me to speak up and discarded what I was trying to say. And yes I did ask them to fix them while in the chair and the lady laughed and told me to pay $45 instead of $50. Gee thanks. NEVER AGAIN

Always very happy with the quality and professionalism here. Started going here summer of 2019. Inside of salon newly renovated - very pretty.

I didn't go to this place because of the reviews. But I went today because most places aren't on Sunday. They did great work on my hands and feet

I've given this place a couple chances and they couldn't even do a simple gel polish right. The polish doesnt even go to the edge of my nails and its cured like that. So now my nails look lumpy and uneven. Not to mention the on one nail he flooded the side with top coat and I had to file it down! I didnt have time to stay and get them fixed, so I'll just go buy the same polish and do them myself. The only thing I like about them is the color of the polish. Never going back!

So I went to pro nails in the Eastwood Mall to get a full set. They were very bad and chipped within a day. I came here to redo them and the service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and my nails were perfect. I even requested a custom design. Definitely coming back.
