Love, love, love this place! My natural nails have grown so much and have gotten so much stronger since I've stared going to exquisite nails. They always come out looking perfect for an affordable price!

My daughter and I visited for the first time. My daughter is 12 and has allergies. I called ahead of time and I was told that my daughter could still be accommodated despite her allergies. After getting there and reading the labels, she could not use the lotion that they use in the salon. When it came to that part of the pedicure, the young lady just stopped! My daughter did not receive the same pedicure that I did.... I understand that she could not use the lotion, but she could have still done the massage and the hot towel. I was also charged for a manicure that my daughter did not receive, they just cut her nails down and gel polish. When it was time for me to pay, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that a few dollars would be taken off... but I was still charged full price. I wouldn't have minded paying if I had received what I'd asked for. We will not return to this business. 5 days later... My daughter woke up this morning with pieces of the gel polish (that was supposed to last for weeks) in her bed! Reiterating the fact that I will not return to this business!

Got a fill, was told by Tommy that I should get a new set on a 3 month old set of acrylics. After waiting over an hour I didn't have time to replace. Instead of removing the few lifted spots I had, Tommy told me if anything happened it was my problem. I've gone over a year without having to have a set replaced on many occasions. No effort was put into the fill, I had more lifting and went to another place with no problems since. Still haven't had to replace the set 3 months later.
