Had an appointment that they did not honor because the stylist said she couldn't see to wax my eyebrows and doesn't do eyebrows even though the appointment was scheduled with her by them. Then she proceeded to ignore me by answering the phone and spent 10 minutes on the phone still ignoring me. She finally finished and asked another stylist to assist who replied she was too busy. Hair Cuttery had 2 days to call and advise she could not honor my appointment but failed to call or text me to advise that they would be canceling me. She was not at all concerned or apologetic or even attempted to fix there mistake. Will never return. Very unprofessional salon.

Yvonne is my go to stylist, I love the way my hair looks when I leave. I highly recommend getting a scalp treatment.

They rock. Mary and Ellen are my favorite. But all the people are nice.

Excellent!!!! My son was so happy with his haircut, he couldn’t wait to show it off. Ellen did a wonderful job and she was so friendly and professional. This was our first time here but it will not be our last!!!! I highly recommend this place: )

I have never been unsatisfied with my haircuts from the hair Cuttery!all of the stylist there are very knowledgeable and do a great job..today I had my haircut with Nina and she did a fantastic job! I will definitely come back and I recommend the hair Cuttery to other's 👍💯
