really big mall. the mall is really well lit and extremely clean and well maintained. the employees are extremely nice in every store. I always saw workers in the mall cleaning up and emptying trash cans. the bathroom were really big but, occasionally were full because I went during black Friday. the day I went it was raining and when I entered in there was a very long non slip mat to wipe off shoes and a rack with umbrella bags. really nice touch!

This mall is a fun shopping place. The playgroung is nice as well and children enjoy playing there. They have few new stores in there which is amazing!

Nicely truly mall. Lots of newer restaurants that replaced some older, less successful chains. We like Luna Grill the best, and this one more than the others we've been to.

Best time of the year to go shopping. This place has gotten better but still needs more stores to open. Has a potential to be a go to mall here in carlsbad.

Very clean, great shops and excellent customer service. Went inside Macy's, tried so many different dresses for special occasion and customer service was excellent. Couple of workers looking for items for me to try on... I left with what I was looking for! Very delighted and grateful! Will definitely come again!
