My husband and I had an appointment, but still had to wait 20 minutes, standing up against the wall. The place was full of people and no where to sit while waiting. When we sat, finally, we still waited an additional 15 minutes in the pedicure chairs. The technicians rushing through procedures, slapping lotions on. Salon is not cool with many customers. Definitely WON’T return!!!

I have been coming to Wild Orchid Nails for 14 years. They are amazing! There is always new stuff to choose from, styles of everyone one. What's even better is that when life gets busy I know my nails will last between fills. This last time was 7 weeks and all of my nails were still in tact. It's a clean environment and you're surrounded by great people while you're there. Not to mention you get to watch movies while getting you nails or toes all fancied up. My decision of 11 years and still counting should speak for itself. Would.... WON'T go anywhere else.

Visited for the first time last month, and most likely won’t be returning. Way overpriced, I’d be surprised if they didn’t charge for tissue - literally a charge for everything. Felt rushed, I asked for short nails and they pretended to not hear me and continued with longer nails. I ended up going to another salon the following day for an entirely new full set resulting in more money out of pocket. If you have a ton of extra money and don’t mind being rushed, this is the place for you.

This is my favorite nail salon in the Valley. I see V, Cindy or Kim every 2 weeks to keep my hands and feet soft and beautiful. They work fast, keep the salon clean and make the experience luxurious. I recommend an appointment as they get very busy.

Me and all 9 ladys in my family go here about every 6 weeks we love the staff they ALWAYS do an AMAZING JOB!!! They are so nice and friendly and not only make our time relaxing but fun and like were apart of there family! They are the BEST nail salon I've ever been too!!
