Great Salon!! Donna is great, and she really gets it. She is a true professional, not just someone to rotate chairs and tips. She cares about her clients...I have found my home...😊

Absolutely awful! I went in for a simple root touch up and, even though I pointed out that my roots were still too gold, she told me it looked fine. (Your roots should always be darker she said....WHAT???) After I got home and looked more closely in the mirror and was horrified. I went back in and asked her to fix it and she lied and told me that she put some more bleach on my roots to finish the lift but all she did was slap some more toner on it which did NOTHING. To add insult to injury, she CHARGED ME ANOTHER $35.00 FOR FIXING SOMETHING SHE DIDN'T EVEN FIX! It looks just as bad as it did the first time she screwed it up! I am now out $140.00 and still have gold roots. I had my regular stylist look at it and she just shook her head and said she could fix it but now I have to wait until she can fit me in to undo the damage. (I only tried Traditions out because they were at the end of my road and my normal stylist was booked up.) RUN do NOT walk!!!

First time there, Donna and Mandy were great. Will go back. Mandy did awesome cut.

Very very excellent, always do a good job on my hair, very nice people. Had no problems at all.
