I don't normally eat Papa John's but I tried it after a few years and I was really impressed! The workers were very nice and the quality of the ingredients were honestly pretty high - a pleasant surprise!
If you don't like sweet sauce then you might not like it, but I found it really good

Had a coupon so I tried to place the order over the phone but ended up with a foreign lady asking strangely personal questions and not understanding the coupon I was trying to use.
Ended up going in-person.
No greeting from associates in the store.
Placed the order, gave the coupon, and paid.
I go back in 15mins later to pick up the pizzas and they've got both cash drawers out on the counter. They ignore me and keep counting the money over. Wow! Not a safe idea to have all that money displayed on the front counters. When they are finished I tell them I'm here to pick up my order, they ask for the name and tell me the total.. uh no.. I already paid..
Overall, unprofessional service.
Bunch of kids too busy smoking weed to take care of their customers.

I have ordered from this location multiple times. This last time I called in an order. Called back literally one minute later to ask for light sauce. The person who answered the phone told me she would “tell them.”
When our pizza arrived not only did it not have light sauce it had EXTRA sauce! The cheese and toppings didn’t even stay on the slices! I called back and the girl answered, “Papa John’s what do you want?” Are you kidding me?!?! When I told her about the problem she told me “the pizza was already in the oven and they couldn’t change it because it would cost more.”
I can’t believe it!!! I hung up and will NEVER order Papa John’s again. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.

The pizza was good but the cost was too much for bacon and sausage and it was a large and the price was too much $ 19

I celebrated my nomination last night in this fine place. happy to tell that we had a great evening and the restaurant was no doubt one of the reasons for that happy event. The team cooperated in a splendid manner, the cuisine was great and my friends were so pleased. We shall no dout return for more celebrations. thanks very much.
