They've always been my go-to. Until the last time, we went in for a pedi and the nail tech turned on the foot bath and left it on, flooding over my purse and shoes. When I asked for the foam flip-flops, since my flats were completely soaked, they told me I'd have to pay for them.

Can see the real nail around the edges. The paint is so sloppy... This is the 2nd chance I have given them. They won't get a 3rd.

I went in with a picture for what I wanted, matte coffin burgandy nails with gold glitter for prom. What I got were crooked, poorly filed square tips. There's dried acrylic all around my cuticles and nail polish spots up to my first knuckle. The staff seemed uninterested. A poor first experience with acrylic nails, and I won't be coming back.
