2nd time at this shop and I will never go back. There are too many nail shops in Columbus that appreciate their customers and take pride in the work done. Listen to the reviews DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to this nail shop. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere that cares about the job they do. Tommy is horrible yelling just pay and Go because his tech Tina acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. It was very clear the polish on my hands and nails were not a perfect match. I paid left and went to another shop who redid my nails for free and guess the polish on my nails and toes matched. We are customers without us you wouldn't have a business. DO NOT go to this shop.

Went on a Monday for a balance by Thursday every single nail was lifting. Go back to the shop would think discount for
The inconvenience and an apology received neither. Don’t waste your time and money they are not customer friendly and the service is awful

Tommy is great! I get the solar nails and they always turn out beautiful as well as the gel pedicures. I honestly thought they had made a mistake when I went to get my nails filled and they told me my total. They are friendly, clean and worthy of the return. Thank you Vanity Nails!

My experience at vanity spa and nails is always very good. I enjoy stay always feel welcome and my nail tech Linda always does a great job. Thank you for always taking time out do your best. Even when I try to rush her🥰🥰💯.
