The woman who gave me my pedicure today poked me several times while cutting my cuticles. Rather than relaxing I nervously watched her as she Cut my toe nails. Her massage was very hard and she dug her hands into my calves. I winced in pain and asked her to be more gentle. She seemed new and inexperienced. I will not be returning here for future pedicures.

I really like this nail salon. One important fact is you need an appointment! Most walk-ins are turned away. They seem to work only with appointments. All those women are booked all day long.

They did such a good job, I had a photo shoot at 1:00 and I arrived at 11:50 and they were able to have my nails done and out of there ASAP

I wanted my nails done on a whim today so I googled salons close by and found this one with good reviews. The hours on Google say open until 7. No where in the information I read did it say an appointment was needed so I walk in at 1:38 in the afternoon and ask for a mani/pedi. There were maybe 6 other people in the salon and I was told it was busy and late so they didn't have any time for me and I left. I'm so confused and upset by the service I just recieved.
