Usually satisfied with the outcome, however wish the pricing was more transparent ahead of time. Sns Dip is $50, $15 more for tips or any type of trendy shape like coffin, and $15+ for nail designs... With this pricing I'd rather hire a nail tech. Friendly staff. Pictures were taken after a week.

I absolutely love this salon! My nails are beautiful and are exactly what I asked for. I have tried other salons in this area, but this is the best one. They are clean, professional and have a wide selection of colors and techniques. I am definitely returning!!

I usually get SNS here, which is done well, but got a regular manicure this time for a jewelry photoshoot. Very disappointing. She cut my nails fine but kept filing them until they were very short and two of my cuticles were bleeding. On top of that, the sides of my nails were bare and when I pointed it out she said it was because I smudged them. They’re clearly just not painted completely. She was polite in trying to fix them but it didn’t make much of a difference. I had to go home and remove the nail polish as I could not show up for a photoshoot like that.

Went in for a gel manicure and was convinced to try dip because it lasts longer and is good for your nails. Manicure looked great but chipped less than a week later. I tried to call in to get my one nail repaired and they only made 8pm appointments available to me even though it was only one nail. The man who handles the schedule would not make an exception and told me all his clients should know this. They wanted to charge me for the repair as well. After hanging up the phone he sent me multiple videos of how dip should last longer. Overall he was very rude and unaccommodating. Would not recommend going here. Dip manicure was $60. Very overpriced for not even lasting 1 week.

I was referred to this place by an acquaintance. I loved her nails and she gave me the name of the salon. I made an appointment for my daughter and I. I wanted a manicure/pedicure and for my daughter gel tips and a pedicure. First thing the owner kept on haggling with my daughter for her to get SNS nails. Eventually she forgot to ask for the gel tips and only got gel on top of her nails. When it came to my manicure (now mind you I have short nails) I told the manicurist to keep them short. She filed them down to the nail bed. I think that the lady didn't understand me very well. After several weeks I took off my nail polish to find that she had filed the top of nails on my right hand to a point that there is a strange indentation on each nail. Honestly what's going on? We will not be returning EVER!
