Amazing work. The girl took her time. Her attention to detail was impeccable. They were so friendly. Best looking nails I've ever gotten !!

Very nice and professional. Lucy and Vivian are both very good. Overall I love it! They all greet you when you come it. If it's going to be awhile before they can get to you, they'll tell you.

My mom and I went to #1 Nails on a Saturday afternoon after reading their positive reviews online and were both extremely disappointed. There were 3-4 women getting various services and several employees around the salon, but when we walked in no one greeted us, said hello, asked what services we wanted, etc. After sitting on the (dirty) couch for about 5 minutes, an employee walked up and said they were ready to start the lady sitting directly next to us, but STILL didnt even acknowledge our presence. We waited about 10 minutes and after no one approaching us we decided to leave. The second we stood up two different employees started yelling, “No! No! We will do your nails!” This was probably some of the worst customer service I’ve had at a nail salon before and would recommend going elsewhere with your money!

My nails look okay, not great. But the woman who did my nails really hurt them, my nails are still sore and had to tell her many times that she was hurting them with her drill. If I go back I’m definitely requesting someone else.
