The 2 people working both seemed disinterested in being there to the point that while my nails were soaking the original gel off, BOTH of them fell asleep. Like, both were snoring and I had no idea what to do. When the man woke up, he yelled at the lady and she silently went back to work. In the background they we're playing a bootleg, uncensored copy of Bad Moms Christmas. For the manicure itself, she wasn't gentle with my skin around my nails and drew some blood on one. Then while painting the gel she only covered about 2/3 of each nail with base coat, missed the edges with the color, and there are bubbles in the gel. I pointed it out after the first coat, and she painted over it which didn't fix anything. Super weird and poor experience. I'll be getting my nails redone very soon.

Lazy staff and completely incompetent. My full set looked wrecked. The lady didn't understand the design that I wanted. I will never be back!!!

Poor quality of products used. I got a manicure and the nail polish on most of my nails were ruined within 5 minutes. Would not recommend. Disappointed

I walked in with high hopes. If I would have had the owner, Tai, provide my services it would have been a better experience - he had to step in during my service to fix the work of the previous tech. If you go- get him. Explanation of two star rating: I get my nails done in the same style every two weeks and have a picture of what I want- and describe it fully as well. Acrylic, almond shaped nails that come to a point- neutral color. I also get a basic pedicure to match. The pedicure was very basic, no massage, poor attempt at scrubbing or callous removal, and the polish ran over the cutical on several of my nails. Overall poor attention to detail and quality of services delivered. She was also very intense and lacking gentleness when it came to cutical trimming. I could feel fresh skin being pulled from surfaces- like a hang nail being torn against its will from my skin :( the skin surrounding my toe nails now appears rough, irritated, and dry, and my heels are no more moisturized that when I arrived. Perhaps even less. Acrylic application: Generally messy, painful, forceful, and sloppy in regards to the primary technician. She moved very slowly with her tools which lead to uneven surfaces of the nails. She also didn't pay a lot of attention while useing her tools and made sudden moves when looking off in another direction that dented several nails and sliced my fingers edge, drawing blood that she ignored in response to my " owwwwowowow" inspiring wince. Every single nail is a different shape. There are also raised edges of acrylic material against my cuticle instead of a graduated depression in the material - like a natural nail sloping towards the cuticle. My fingers hurt and I'm annoyed. The tech was angry when I asked about adjusting the price of the manicure and starting raising her voice at me but I didn't understand what she was saying. She was just pointing at me and starting to raise her voice so another attendant asked her to return to her station. They took ten dollars off of my bill but after all of that, and drawing blood-- I won't be returning.
