Great fast and friendly service. I called to see about getting second round of shots for our puppy and they were super nice on the phone and let me know that I can just walk in. Once we were there we walked up registered our puppy Max and got his shots right away. They are professional and very knowledgeable. We will bring Max here from now on!!

The very very best place you can take your dog or cat. I was being charged over $300 would cost me at that vet $89 awesome worth the wait and the weight isn't even that bad at all.

Such a great vet clinic. No appts, but the wait is always reasonable and not long. The main thing is the care and attention to detail they provide for cats and dogs etc. Been to many vets around the L.A.area. This is the best, most efficient, most honest and functional I've been to. And very reasonably priced on top of it. So, if you have a furry friend who needs attention for some ailment or other, or you just want to avail yourself of their reasonably priced vaccinations, day in and day out. Make the drive to Santa Clarita. It's very much worth it.

I am absolutely mortified by the treatment my dog received at Tags. My sister brought him in for a nail break (because the vet we normally go to does not accept walk-ins), and she told me that the vet didn’t even introduce himself when they went. She said he was very cold and impersonal. She told me that he was looking at my dog’s nail, grabbed a tool, and just ripped it out without any warning. There was no communication before the vet did this. My sister was holding my dog as the vet did this, and my dog was bleeding all over her, yelping in pain, and even peed all over himself. She also got bruises on her arms from my dog squirming around. The fact that a professional would do this to an animal is horrifying to me. It’s even worse because he didn’t even explain what he was going to do before he did it. After he ripped my dog’s nail out, the vet didn’t even care to clean the blood off of his paw—we had to wipe the blood off ourselves. He didn’t wrap his paw afterward, and he didn’t even provide any antibiotics for him. Isn’t it common sense to provide some kind of after-care for an open wound to prevent infection? My sister came home sobbing after this vet visit. This was an absolutely horrifying experience for both my dog and my sister. We will never be coming back here again. I know the owners might not care because they have enough good business to keep them afloat, but to all of you who genuinely care for your pets and want them to have the best vet experience possible, do not take them to Tags. I don’t want this traumatizing experience to happen to anyone else.
