One would think that you shouldn't have to say, I want the gel to cover all of my finger nails not just part of them or I don't want the gel on my fingers... but apparently you have to at this place. Also, between sanding and painting they didn't let me wash my hands so I have sand looking specks all over my nails. The icing on the cake was them nicking my finger and with how dingy that place was I'm now concerned about an infection.
It could have been a much better experience as well as results if she wasn't so rushed - being that I was the only one in there I'm not sure what the rush was for.
Basically I'm now going to have to pay more money to have someone else fix them. So I recommend that you are either really blunt about what you expect them to do or save money by going some place else.
