The salon is neat and clean. The owner is a wonderful person. If you want anything done right, ask for her. Other than that, I wouldn't reccomend the place. The technician was extremely rough with the scrubs and the massage. My feet and legs are covered in bruises. (I do not bruise easily) the technician went onto my manicure where she was even more rough. She claims my skin is sensitive. But I cannot agree with that because she took huge chunks of my finger off and couldn't get them to stop bleeding. My fingers are in extreme pain. If I could post pictures, I totally would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This is a wonderful salon. The owner and the employees are all so sweet. I left my ipad there and they called me and tracked me down to get it back to me. They do a wonderful job on my nails and love their brand new pedicure chairs.

Made an appointment at 11am for 2 organic pedis at 2pm. Made us wait 10 minutes to sit in pedi chairs. Then it became apparent they were only ready for 1 of us. Another women came in after us for a scheduled 2pm pedi. She had been there earlier that day and they asked her to come back at 2pm. So now there are 2 of us waiting for 2pm appointments. They told her to sit in a chair. She asked for water to soak her feet as she waited. That took them 10 minutes. At 2:30pm my friend was almost done with his pedicure (he decided to get an express pedi instead of an organic pedi after figuring we most likely wouldn’t be getting pedi’s at the same time). So I put my shoes on and got up to pay for his. Suddenly they said they were ready for me but the point was to get pedis together so I said no thank you. Also it’s not an organic spa so the name is misleading. There are only a couple organic elements to the organic pedi and everything else is traditional with all the usual chemicals and parabens. One employee was very apologetic which was nice but I still won’t be going back.

The salon was really nice but service was terrible. Had the worst experience. The tech did not seem experienced. When trying to let her know what I was wanting. She had to ask someone else to explain it to her. The Mani & Pedi was disappointing; specially for the cost. I paid extra for a leg mud mask and she barely applied any product and then moved on. She left polish all around my toe nails and on my fingers. I had to ask her to clean it off and she barely even did that. This has been my worst experience to date with anyplace I have been to. My friend seemed to have a slightly better experience but not by much. Her tech was just more friendly.

Very clean place but service was terrible. My sister and myself had the worst experience. The website prices do not reflect the prices they charged us. When we asked about it they was just a blank stare. As far actual Mani & Pedi the work was not up to par. They were extremely aggressive with my sister and the tech attitude was very unpleasant. My tech did everything at 50%. It was not what I was expecting considering the ratings were so high.
