It was ok. Two arguments between nail techs and customers broke out. Pedicure had good massaging but didnt really manicure the cuticles and nails well. Had to ask to clean underneath nail. I'm used to my feet feeling new, getting the sides and possible ingrown. None of this happened. You are better off just asking for a polish. Also they only carry shellac so you're forced to spend more. Maybe you can bring your own polish.

I only put one star because I had to write this review but they really only get zero stars.I told the lady that I would like the same color that’s on my feet on my nails and she completely ignored me and did what ever she wanted to do on my nails and then I told her my acrylic was to thick and she did nothing about and quickly took my money without trying to solve the problem and many other people in the shop had the same issue and they did not care.So I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE terrible service and very quick to take your money and very quick to have a attitude with you when they are the ones that messed up.

I’ve been coming to Nail Zone for years and they never disappoint. Yesterday, I got my nails done and I’m extremely happy with the results.

I arrived today for a manicure/pedicure. Pedicure was perfect. Quality and attention to detail was amazing. He gave a good foot massage as well. When it was time for the manicure, I should have listened to my friend. She told me to go to Anthony or Kyle, however they were both busy and had several clients each waiting for them. (Obviously for a reason) so I go to this woman, and my gut told me she wasn't going to be good and I should have listened. While she gave me the style I wanted, her attention to detail was lacking. I already had overlay and didn't mind soaking off to get a full set but she decided that fill in was sufficient. I felt the entire process was rushed and therefore the quality was lacking. She didn't pay attention when filing and left uneven edges and each nail was a different thickness. I asked her to clean up my cuticles, which she tells me is $10 extra. That's fine. Well she proceeds to deeply cut my cuticles when they didn't need to be cut so much. Instead of using her discernment on each nail, she digs into each cuticle taking chunks of skin that didn't need to be removed. She made two nails bleed and still charged me for the cuticles. Immediately when I get to my car, I notice that one of my nails are lifting. I go back in and try to explain to another worker and she is busy making an excuse for everything I'm telling him instead of letting me speak. That's what irritated me most. I walked out of your shop and return in less than 5 minutes and they tell me I'll have to pay full price to get everything fixed. These were supposed to be for my birthday but I am literally going to have to shell out another $50-70 to get them redone. Either by Anthony or Kyle or at an entirely different shop. I should have protested more but I worked 12hr night shift and stayed up just to get my nails done for my birthday only to have this experience. I was too tired to demand better service like I usually would. I can recommend the pedicure. Based off my friend's experience (and the fact that at least 4 women each were waiting for them) I can recommend Anthony or Kyle. Otherwise I would say don't waste your money.
