This place is better than most, which is why I go here but I would switch if I found someplace else. Your experience varies on which technician you get. My experiences have been all over the board, sometimes amazing sometimes just okay. I’ve even called to get a specific technician for an appointment and then get someone else. They need to step up their expectations and keep it consistent.

I’ve been to this salon several times
Not once have I left disappointed
I’ve never scheduled an appointment-
Typically I just walk in -
but have NEVER had to wait
I went again this morning- had a pedicure w add on spa treatment. . .
I walked out the door like a runway model
I definitely need this kind of pampering in my life more often
Kevin was VERY professional- kind & engaging
He’s a master at his craft
This gel pedi was worth every penny 💕

This nail salon was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a walk in for a pedicure and I was in and out in less than an hour. They used Warm Spa Rocks to massage my legs which I loved! I highly recommend this place!

Horrible uneven nails, rude, its easy to go because I live in the area. But will look for a new place. They talk about you with each other. The jerk yelled at me because I wanted to talk about what I wanted done, they dont speak to you and then you cannot understand them. Plus when walk in white women get pick the color. Black women get told price first before pick color. I can pay I'm not looking for anything free. But what I wont pay for is bad service. Good luck. This place is not for us.

Very relaxing, however, their policy is that you have to leave a tip, it is not an option.
