I usually don’t write reviews on service experience but out of all of the nail services in the area, and I’ve been to many, Joy nails is by far the most unprofessional. There was only one woman working when my friend and I walked in and the entire time we were there she was yelling at someone over FaceTime. We could hear the entire conversation and she would take breaks while working on my friends nails to continue her phone conversation. I have never left a place more angry. I would highly recommend going somewhere more professional. We went in wanting waxes as well but left early because it was so unpleasant.

They suck...customer service is none existent. They act as if you are bothering them when you walk in.

Only been here once and will not be returning. The lady taking my payment added her own tip in. I got the eyelash extensions and the lady was coughing and sneezing the whole time. No apologies and I felt rushed. By far the worst customer service!
