I loved my experience with Lucky nails! I went in to get some acrylics and they look absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back once I need a new set, The Workers were very nice and gentle and the service was awesome!

WORST PEDICURE EVER NOT EVEN SURE HOW THEY HAVE THIS MANY STARS. 10 MINUTE PEDICURE. You’d be better off doing your own pedicure at home. Very disappointed. ZERO STARS Wanted a pedicure. They didn’t even let my feet soak. Basically painted my toenails and rubbed lotion on my feet. They didn’t take the dry skin off or anything. One of my toes had smeared polish from where he wiped it and didn’t clean it off my skin. I asked if my grandma could sit next to me or at least soak her feet while she waited for me to get done since we were having a girls day and we were the only ones there and they said no only one at a time. WORST PEDICURE EVER 😞

I've given this salon a few tries & quite frankly, the customer service is very poor. Don't expect a greeting when you arrive. The staff speak to one another in Vietnamese although they are fluent in English. So. Rude. The female employee has a music device on her which plays very strange sounding, Asian music that repeats over & over. It's incredibly annoying. You will be whisked in and whisked out & then glad when it's finally over! Not Recommended.

amazing service! very quick at what they do, hold conversations, & are overall amazing in service! they’re super nice, i never have an awful experience here & my nails look amazing every time! :)
