The customer service was fine but my issue is I got a GEL manicure on Tuesday, Tuesday night one of my nails already chipped! By today (Sunday) two of my nails have no color! It came off completely!! Gel manicures are supposed to last a few weeks, not a few hours. My last GEL manicure, (at another location) lasted me a whole month. Never coming back again.

I was a customer the service is very unprofessional...not only so these girls pretend not to speak or understand English...these girls actually know how to play favoritism and Michael too need to control his business...I agree with previous post making an appointment is not necessary you still have to wait when you get there...but if you're running late because of traffic yes Michael gets an attitude telling you if you're 10 min late they take the next customer...News flash Michael this is New York City traffic happens.I use to recommend ladies but NEVER again...I found a much better place...Professional, comfortable, more sanitary, customer service is awesome and guess what I feel satisfied when I pay for my services and Tip.

The staff are good, however, some of them need too understand English. You say one abiut setting an appt. The staff said can you wait an 1 or 30 mins. And you made appt already. Thier is a lack of communication or the language barrier. Through it all they are good. Recommended

The business is horrible in keeping appointments you make an appointment and they still make you wait for service the girls who do the pedicures are great but this business is not good in keeping appointments. The manager/owner Michael gets annoyed very quick
