I've been here 2 times and had a different tech both times and BOTH of them nailed it! They have you in and out fairly quickly but do such a nice job!

I hate to give bad reviews. But I think the woman who did my pedicure really jipped me. When I went in there I was holding my baby. And I think she gave me a pedicure that made me have to pay more money. The pedicure went from $19 to $33. She had some really good cream that made my calluses on my feet really soft. However I don't think that it was right of her to increase the price so drastically and didn't even do that much to my feet.

Very nice workers. Quality of work by female workers and younger Male is great. Older Male sometimes isnt the best but over all great service always makes sure I'm comfortable and I get my eyebrows and mustache waxed there always great never taking to much off my eyebrows.

I went in for a buff and shine! I’ll never go back.
Their sterile blue packs were open. He did not use a clean pack on me. I didn’t want to fuss but then the rest of their service sucked too so now I feel stupid for not saying anything early on.
I showed him my one finger nail and told him to file all of them to look like that one. He forgot to file my nail at all. When I told him, he said he didn’t want me to be mad if he filed my nail! WTF? I went in to file my nail.
He ended up doing a HORRIBLE job filing my nails. I kept telling him my nails aren’t round, they’re unequal and messy. He kept saying he doesn’t want to file too much of my nail. I don’t know what his problem was and just prayed that it’s the language barrier. I took the nail out of his hand and filed alll of my nails myself. I’m still confused by what happened and what was so confusing.
I get my nails done all around the world at least once a month. I’ve never worked with someone so oblivious and Uninterested in just filing my nails. I’m very offended that I had to file my own damn nail at a nail salon.
They quoted me $13 since this is their manicure price. But ended up charging me $16 because buff and shine has overcharge? He spent a total of 12 min of me, there’s usually a discount, not an overcharge. This is the only place that did that.
I’m very upset, unpleased, and hurt. I feel like I got ripped off. No wonder their store was super empty and they could take me last minute.
1 day later two of my nails are broken. This has never happened before. I’m not even doing anything as I’m on vacation.

Not that great. When I went, the workers could not communicate with me at all and they kept telling me to purchase more expensive packages even after I said I just wanted to basic one. They didn't make me feel comfortable or welcomed at all.
