If I could give a zero I absolutely would! My first experience was fabulous my second the technician made me wait till she was done with HER nails before she started mine. Today my daughter and I went in they helped my daughter while stopping frequently to tend to a baby or to get on her phone I waited for an hour and the woman who listened in on my phone conversation assumed I didn’t want my nails done so after waiting an hour I was never helped. 2 people came in after me and were helped!!! I was not even offered an apology or let us help you right away! Nothing! I was so upset and offended I will never come back

Great customer service but the quality of work was very poor. After two days the color was chipping off along with the acrylic and it looks like I need to fill already. my nails don't look much better than they did when I came in to get them done.

I made a appointment for 2 manicures and i told them beforehand that i don't want any delays. I went there on time but waited there almost 1 hour. They were rude and they don't know how to talk their clients. I asked them to do shellac for me and it didn't even stay for 2 days. The whole paint was peeling of while i was wash my hands. It was my first time there and they have the worst service.

I came here because it's close to where I live. The prices were a bit much. I pay the same or less in Seattle. I asked the gal to even out my nails and said do not cut them short. I showed her one nail and said can you just keep them this length and even out. She left that one alone and cut all the rest short! Did not listen. Mid manicure she said why did I pick shellac it won't last. She said I needed the dip because this will be gone in a week. Everywhere i have gone and gotten shellac it lasts 3 weeks! Except here. I even made an appointment but when i arrived they had no idea i had one. I won't be returning.
