This is a relaxing Spa experience with a very beautiful professional environment, and the way their staff serve me is very thoughtful and dedicated. From experience I have experienced many places and this is the best place. And they did a lovely job on my nails. I think if everyone has experienced this place, they should give them a compliment. GREAT.

Went to this place a few months ago and the customer service was horrible. The tech that sits at booth 1 is extremely rude and deceitful. Got extremely upset when I asked about the prices. You have to wonder why the nail shop right across the street is crowded and this shop has 1 customer. I was very patient trying to understand what she was saying. Due to me asking her to repeat a price she stated "I don't have time for this and you can leave". The 1 customer looked in horror and disbelief. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I thank god for the positive space I was in at the time.

Horrible job. Didn’t realize previous people left. New people are horrible and completely overpriced.

If I could give zero stars review it would be better. Like who the hell leaves there nails in acetone for almost an hour. I’ve told them from the beginning that it was powered and she proceeded to dip my hand in acetone. I’m very disappointed on the way nails where left. I will never come back to this place. Plus when we address the problem she started to call us names and kick us out the store and still wanted us to pay the full amount for the horrible job that was done. She thought we’re stupid.
