They were very friendly and helpful but what I didn’t like is they didn’t say anything about not being able to return anything. I had to read it on my receipt. I will be back but wished they would have mentioned that

store prices a bit high... but you can find what you need. on the other hand, the owner of the store and employees are very rude and short tempered though. they are not very friendly to customers and will not have patience with you! the owner will also follow you around the store. wont be shopping here again.

I purchased a wig on Sunday, June 14, 2024. I needed to return it because it was defeated. I called, and they were closed. I called on Monday, June 15,2024. I spoke with the sales clerk, and she told me to call back after 1p.m. to speak with the manager. I had my receipt, but the manager would not exchange or give me a refund. He was extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak, and hung up the phone. I called him to make sure he was there. I would not recommend anyone buy anything there at the Merrillville or Highland store. SHOP AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Great atmosphere, Christian setting. Nice workers. I've known the owner since I've been in junior high because my family always comes there to purchase products, and he has always been nice and his family. May God continue to bless them. And I'm 49 years of age now.

coming here for several years. The service is excellent. She even remembers me from year to year!
I've never been disappointed.I even love the sticker on the box about how return customers are the best. I will always be that customer.
