Good business. I come here to get my pedi done every month for 8 years now. They have saved my life from engrown toenails in many occasions. These people are great.😉

I have been a customer here approximately 15 years. Name change new owners and seen employees come and go. Unfortunately the salon can’t give me the owners name and contact information so I have to post my displeasure here. The employees are nice however this salon should be stripped of the word SPA. Not tranquil or relaxing in anyway! The other customers come in and listen to music or watch movies OUT LOUD on their phones and let their children listen to movies and play games on their phones OUT LOUD. All of this coupled with employees watching movies and playing on their phones OUT LOUD leads to UNRELAXING experience. Furthermore, the employees yell across the salon in Vietnamese to each other. Makes your head want to explode! Can’t concentrate on reading a book or magazine. Trust me I have brought this up to the staff on numerous occasions to no avail. The salon has new massage chairs but you won’t be able to enjoy the massage chair if you want manicure as well as pedicure because, like another customer commented they RUSH you and do manicure at same time so then you can’t experience the massager because they can’t paint nails when there is movement in the chair! What’s the point of paying for high cost SPA services when you leave the Salon completely stressed out!!! Until changes occur at this salon I am forced to go elsewhere. It’s a shame because of my loyal following and enjoyment of the location. Last visit there I demanded discount for bad experience: they were afraid of homeless person accosting them but wouldn’t SHUT the door. I finally told the homeless person they were afraid and asked HIM to shut the door! Which he politely obliged. All the while they kept shouting in Vietnamese and I had to ask them over and over to speak ENGLISH. Completely ignored me. Go with caution...

The employees are friendly they do great job with my nails. The place is very clean. Love their work

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went in for a eyebrow wax, Mani and pedi. Left after the wax. I feel like she tried to rip my face off and no shaping what so ever. That was terrible!
