I haven't been there but gave this rating based on poor customer service. What's the use of listing a deal on Groupon if you don't return phone calls & then don't have any openings for over 2 weeks? If Groupon has led to an overflow of new customers, then remove the offer on Groupon.

Afsaneh in Room 2 is great Stylist / haircut and extremely friendly. Definitely going back to see her. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.

Legacy salons Plano is great. With 32 stylist for all your families needs. Asfaneh is awesome. Really knows how to read my hair and is fantastic at color!
