Refused to let me in for my appointment without a mask despite the fact I am not allowed to wear one due to surgery. This was not told to me when I called to make the appointment, even though I specifically asked...EDIT: the responder clearly did not bother to actually READ WHAT I WROTE, because-as stated in the original review-I did specifically ask when I called. Love Sydney, and wish she worked somewhere else. EDIT #2 Sydney is not who booked my appt. It was a man. Guess they are trying to make themselves look good but I'll never go back.to this salon when they make people lie

Over all wonderful experience. We had to wait about an hour after our appt time but it was worth the wait to have our nails done. Both techs were great and very attentive.

Went in for a full set and the result was amazing. My tech was very patient and sweet when I changed my mind because I was so indecisive. Amazing job and great quality!

Prices are good and so is customer service though quality my manicure only lasted a day before it started chipping and had to take off the polish completely within 4 days.

I am highly disappointed with Modern nails I have came to this salon in the past. I went to get my regular SNS dip nails. They BROKE the FIRST DAY. Disappointed to say the least and I couldn’t return to the salon for 4 days and they refuse to redo them because the time passed. I have a job that works the same hours as a regular nail salon. I can’t believe that they wouldn’t fix my nails for free!
