Awful, everything was an extra charge!! Credit card, massage with pedicure.. yhe service be was bad

Did an OK job but put rude pressure on me to tip 15% when the price quoted was much lower than the final price for a pedicure and gel polish (no manicure). I received OK service (10% tip) superior service warrants 15% and out of the way exceptional service warrants 20 and 25%. I tip the service I receive. Pedicure was rushed and impersonal but looked decent, 10%. Don't pressure me for a higher tip. I won't return.

$12 for a 💅🏻 not bad at all in midtown. They kinda talk you into paying a $ extra for the quick dry coat but it doesn't make much of a difference you have to anyway sit to dry your nails after 🤷🏻♀️

Great customer service. I asked for a mani/pedi and they gave me their price. So they start with my pedicure and do the normal procedure. Then after ask if I'd like a massage and for how much. I gladly agreed since coming from Chicago, I'm not used to so much walking. Let me tell you, worth it.! Then after getting the pre-nail color process, she did ask if I'd like to use the washroom first. After my nails were done, she asked if I wanted another massage but for my back....Wow.! Worth it.! Then before paying, she plastic wrapped my toes and added a sort of oil so not to smear my nails. She then put my socks and boots on, zipped up my jacket, and helped me with my backpack. I would go there again if I lived here.
