I always get a great haircut from Karen. She listens and cuts my hair the way I ask not the way other stylist think it should be cut. And you can't beat the price.

Karen is good at cutting hair and only cutting hair. The 2nd time she colored my hair, I was left with black stain patches all over my forehead and temples. She rinsed my scalp leaving the back of my t-shirt drenched in water. She pretended as if nothing happened and all I was told was to go home and use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol to clean out the stains. She conveniently charged me $50 without even a simple apology. Guess it's time to see another barber.

Got a great haircut and Beard trim for $20. Karen did a fantastic job. Now I look handsome again. Thanks Karen.

I'm not going to say if it is good or bad.
This is just my experience: I got a keratin treatment 3 months ago. The price is very convenient. Actually it is the cheapest I have found so far. The treatment lasted 3 hours, plus an hour waiting. The hour waiting was because I was late 10 minutes from my appointment so I was penalized with 1 hour wait.
About the treatment: the frizz went away in a 75% which did not meet my expectations that are of no less than 95%. If you iron your hair every day it works. I do not iron my hair, I just take a shower and dry it with a towel so it didn't look that pretty. The service was average.

Karen is always very friendly and quickly responds to any calls or messages. Karen is a great hair stylist and designer of the many changes my girls go through. She is patient and kind. Thanks Classic cuts for our great hair!
