I have gone to Gaia 2 times now!!! I absolutely love the friendly, clean environment! It’s super cute and they do an amazing job! Tony did my nails both times and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. He really cared about what I wanted and took the time to do it. Very detailed in his work and they come out looking better than I imagined. The conversation has always been great and they offered to get me a drink as soon as I signed in. My nails have never looked so great and when I needed help with colors/ designs Tony did an amazing job helping me figure it out. I can’t wait until my next visit. 💜❤️ Kudos to you all! Keep up the amazing work! It surely shows you work hard! 😊

First off , I have to say this salon itself is beautiful- unfortunately the experience I’ve had (twice) were not . Both times I’ve called ahead and made appointments - and both times when I arrived they said “we won’t have enough time to do what you are asking for ”...so there was a lack of communication in both instances - that unfortunately falls back on the customer.
The young woman who works the front desk has always been apologetic - and says “they don’t know what happened”...the apologies won’t sway me to visit a 3rd time.
The manager Tony walked away from me as I was speaking to him about the issue during second visit and took No accountability for the hiccup- he was completely unapologetic.
The work they do (which is on the pricier end) is fine - the overall experience is Not.
Spend your money elsewhere - some place that values their customers time. A place that at the very least gives you what you’ve asked and made an appointment for . You deserve to get exactly what you want , in a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Love this salon! Top notch! Definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a good nail tech! They do amazing design work and nail shape! Love love love😍

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL spa💯
Sparking clean, awesome amenities, cute full bar, (you can have a cocktail while you get a pedicure/manicure!!!!!) Great staff, and even better prices! My wife has definitely found a new favorite nail salon

Best nail salon I’ve ever been too! The atmosphere is so comfortable! They have the best nail techs in the city! I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I had the chance! The level of professionalism is a breath of fresh air considering I’ve been in some uncomfortable situations in a nail shop before! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP IN OHIO! The service is even better! I got a full set about 2 months ago and they did not lift or chip or anything! BEST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED! I will definitely be back!!
