This place was my go to for pedicures. I may have my doubts now. So I made an appointment for the deluxe spa pedicure. An hour long bliss of pampering to my feet and lower legs, as well as a nice polish. Well, this day (7/30/21) the time was shortened. It was closer to 45 minutes, and I felt that she rushed through some steps, because my feet still had some loose skin where she "exfoliated and scrubbed". Once the young lady was done, she said, "just sit for a few to let nails dry." Okay, sure I got that. But why was I sitting there the last 15 minutes by myself? She went to the next customer and forgot I was in the back room. I had to check my own toes for the paint job. Then realized there were so many mistakes on my toenails. She did not do a very good job cleaning up around my cuticles. In fact, barely cleaned my cuticles. I can see where she did her second coat of polish because she didn't coat completely. And the polish is already cracking on my left big toe. Now, I don't know how that is, considering I don't do much with my feet for the paint to be chipping. This was my absolute worst experience with them thus far. And I have been coming for years, getting the same deluxe spa, if not the VIP spa, which is about the same cost. Very disappointing to spend $45 and to get this final product.

At my last nail gel manicure during the month of August 2021, the worker cut my skin and made me bleed and didn’t even apologize. Went again this week 8/2021 for another gel manicure and the table I sat at was all gritty and unclean. They also allowed a woman to come into the store and be worked on without her mask. 2 customers said something to the woman and she refused to put on a mask. I asked the receptionist if they require face masks and she said yes, but said absolutely nothing to the unmasked customer. Masks were required by the State of WA on this day. The nail spa was more interested in making money off this woman than keeping their other paying customers who were following the mask mandate safe. I have lost respect for this establishment. Not to mention the gel manicure I walked away with this day had bubbles in the polish. I’ll be looking for a cleaner establishment, a place where my nail polish actually looks good without the bubbles, and a place that can have their customers follow State health mandates. So Landing Nail Spa has permanently lost 2 customers...myself and my mother who was with me on both occasions.

I love this salon! They are diligent in keeping their salon safe and clean. The nail artists are friendly and all of them do a great job of pampering. I have never been disappointed with my manicures or pedicures.
