I went to this place and the staff is simply NOT fit to serve customers anymore. They were very argumentative about one small change I wanted when getting my eyebrows waxed. The manager screamed and threw a fit like a CHILD in front of other customers and told me to never come back. On the other hand, I remained polite and still payed for my service (considering the stereotype she set as if I wanted something for free being a black woman). I went here for years prior to this incident and let’s just say something at home isn’t going to well and now she’s taking it out on customers. Also, the leg rubs for the pedicures are short and weak-that’s if they actually decide to do it.

Today was my second time going to Harmony Nail Spa. Jenny was super sweet, explained the process of what I was getting done and made my experience very comfortable. I will definitely go back!

Even though this place is right behind my house , I always go out of my way to go somewhere else . Today I was reminded exactly why that is. I was charged $22 for a polish change on my toes. No , not a pedicure, just a polish change & a design . They didn’t have a price list out so I had nothing to refer to . I just assumed that like 90% of other nail salons , a polish change would be at the MOST $10. Most designs with regular nail polish are only like $3 in my experience but I guess they’re “different.” Also in comparison to my usual nail place , the skills here are subpar . Last time I got a full set here , he messed up one nail & basically ripped it off without soaking which caused a scratch in my nail. When he put the tip back on , the glue seeped in & caused an infection. I had to get it soaked & drilled off somewhere else & was put on antibiotics for 2 weeks . In all my years of wearing acrylic that’s never happened to me before . So after that experience I swore I would never be back ; but I came to accompany my sister & waste time . But it ended up being just a reminder why I don’t come here at all despite the convenience.

Horrible. I came in and asked for ombré French tips. The man who was sitting nearest to the door said he “okay.” He handed me a book that had different options for the acrylic. I chose 3001/3017. A natural pink and bright white according to the pic. He showed me that the pink had glitter in it. I said “that’s pretty” He began. As he was doing them, I could tell they weren’t going to look right but didn’t want to assume he used the same technique that I was accustomed to. He finished and was about to paint the clear top coat and I stopped him and asked him to fix the white lines that were showing in every single nail. It was as if the glitter of the pink powder had settled at the top and he didn’t mix it. So all of the pink was at the bottom and all I got was the glitter were the pink is supposed to go. He said “no that’s fine. A lot of people ask for it like that. It looks good.” No one would ever ask for this. It’s so bad. This is the worst that I’ve ever had my nails. He charged $65. I hate making a scene so I paid it but I regret it. So much. I had to sponge pink on top for them to look decent. The last pic is how I wanted them to look.

This is the best spa for pedicures! My feet callous very easily and my podiatrist told me that regular pedicures is the best cure/medicine! Harmony also does a great job with nail care! Thank You!!!
