First time customer and they seemed friendly. She (assuming owner) asked me what I wanted and I told her. She asked me several times before the nail tech started if i wanted gel and i told her no thanks. The nail tech repeatedly told me that gel is better and lasts longer and she asked several more times. I said no every single time. There could not have been any misunderstandings at all. When I went to pay they told me she had used gel and that it would be $10.00 extra dollars . I paid it anyways and told them that I had told her and the nail tech that isn't what I wanted several times each. The design, which was a letter on each finger nail, was completely off center and different sizes.

MK nails always does a great job! Love how my nails look and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend

Randomly stopped in for a quick pedicure, everyone was super nice! Nancy was the sweetest lady, I will be back for other services they offer!
