I have been coming to this place for years now and I never had this happen to me before. I went in for a mani and pedi, Ana did my hands and Kathy did my feet. My hands ended amazing, I love the length and the final product to my acrylic full set. However, my feet are another story. While Kathy was using the cuticle cutter, I'm not sure if she didn't realize how long she spend on my big toe but at some point I was bleeding on my right side and my left right now it's on so much pain I can't even rub my feet together. I tried removing my feet from her hands and telling her it hurt but she just apologize and kept digging like she was looking for gold. I love this place, I love the attention some of the girls have, but if its gonna be like this I'll looking somewhere else from now on.

I have been coming here for years with my daughters and they always take great care of us. Today was extra special because my appt was an hour before closing and I brought my daughter with me. Her nails took a little longer and resulted in us being there past closing. The owners as well as the nail tech Cindy were very patient and didn’t rush us out, she took her time and made sure my daughter was satisfied with her nails. Cindy did such a great job on her nails! And as always Jessica and Krystal took great care of me! Customer for life! :)

Little to no wait time. Impressed. Update: down one star. Nails began falling off the very same day. Laura added more glue when I had stop by the next day for a pedi. Couple of days later, nails began to lift from the sides! Ugh...$50 bucks! I guess it depends who does ur nails.

I went there today to get shellac nails for my party coming up. My nail tech was Karen, she was gentle taking off my nail polish as most of the time when I get my nail polish removed, the nail techs are rough. There was pain on my left middle finger so I expressed that there was pain and worked around it to make sure she didn't cause more pain. She was on the phone with her AirPods which is a pet peeve of mine as it's a bit unsanitary. When she was removing my calluses, she was using a tool to remove them but after she used the tool, she would use she own nails without gloves to make sure they were completely gone and for me that's unsanitary as she never washed her hands or used hand sanitizer. When she was buffering my nails, she did it very rough and it started to burn even though it was only for a few seconds. I did not express this so I don't blame her for continuing doing it roughly as she didn't know. Other than that this is a nice nail salon and will return.

i went in and asked for acrylic nails. they said ok, so when i went to go sit in the chair, i picked my length for the nails and she kept telling me to call my mom to ask her if the length of nails would be okay for me. i told her it’s okay, i don’t need to call her. she insisted and said that ppls moms come back and ask for a refund when the child’s nails are “too” long. she asked so many times. i said it’s okay i don’t need to call her. she also had airpods in and i think it’s very unsanitary.
