Do not waste your time and money here. I got my daughter's nails done for back to school and within two days one was off and another loose. By the end of the week four nails had fallen off. We have a busy work week and so I could not return until the weekend. I was told that they only fix them for free within 2-3 days. After that they charge 3 dollars per nail! I wish I had read the reviews prior to my visit. The staff is friendly but the quality of work and their integrity is very poor.

I had a full set of nails done on Sunday and they majority of them fell off .I called back and was told they have a three day warranty. I paid a LOT of money for this set and this was not fair. I feel it should be at least one week.
This is the worst customer service ever. I should not have to pay for nail replacement in less than a week .
Not good business at all.

They did a terrible job on my wifes nails. I took her back to get them fixed and after we left she just ended up taking off what they did.

I have had dipping powder on my nails numerous times, usually dont do hands here, only feet but decided I will give them another try since they had dipping powder. The powder lasted 3 days on my nails before it started chipping off, this has NEVER happened previously at any nail salon I've visited. So I go back and tell guy that did them it is already chipping and should last at least 2 weeks. The woman wants to argue with me acting like it's my fault they dont know how to do nails correctly telling me its bc I wanted them thin so guy only put 2 coats and it's because I put on real nails instead of tips. They offered to put one more coat on top of the chipping coats that I already have on. Walked out and they will NEVER get my business again!!!
