The previous Nail Republic at Alton and Lincoln was great. I don't know of this one is related because it says Nail Republic AND it days Deco Nail & Spa on the window.
Anyway, I called 2 hours in advance and she said no appt necessary. I walked in and sat for 15 minutes. The nail techs were frantic and trying to get finished up.
She moved me and two others to chairs and left us soaking for 65 minutes in like warm water waiting for a pedi.
The woman who did mine was horrible. The worst I've ever had. Never even asked me what I wanted (like extras, massage, etc).
Management needs serious work.

The staff is extremely friendly. Received an service and treatment! Recommended!!

Unprofessional and terrible quality SNS. Would NOT recommend. My nails were breaking off less than 24 hours of getting them done. I had to go get them fixed the following day, but I decided to go to a different nail salon due to the terrible service I received at Nail Republic.

This place received a lot of bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were nice and took great care of my feet! I would go back!

Staff was unprofessional, and fighting right in front of customers. Waxed my eyebrows and now have a huge scab on my eyelid from improper technique.
Worst salon in Miami I have seen yet.
